Classical series

An extremely well-known view taken on the Acropolis. This picture shows the Porch of The Caryatids at the Erechtheion in Athens. It's not a stone's throw from the Parthenon.
The beautifully sculpted statues are cunningly disguised pillars.
What's clever is that each is sculpted in a manner different from the rest and engineered in such a way that their slenderest part, the neck, is capable of supporting the weight of the porch roof while remaining graceful and feminine.
A great souvenir to remind you of your visit to the roots of modern civilization.
